How to deal with cow dung in cow dung farms?

2020-12-21

Cow dung, from the point of view of a cattle farm, is a waste. Can the cow dung be re-developed and fully utilized? Become the focus of attention. However, this problem is no longer a difficult point. With the emergence of various advocacy and encouragement policies for the development of the organic fertilizer industry by local governments, the time for the large-scale and industrialized development of cattle manure commercial organic fertilizer has become mature.
Research found that dried cow dung can become an organic fertilizer product after fermentation. It can fluff the soil, improve soil compaction, chelate trace elements in the soil, and improve soil fertility. The production of cow manure organic fertilizer is not through the npk fertilizer manufacturing process.
Cow manure is a good fertilizer for the production of organic fertilizer. Dry cow manure contains crude protein 10%-20%, crude fat 1%-3%, nitrogen-free extract 20%-30%, crude fiber 15 %-30%, so it has high nutrients.
How to make cow manure, chicken manure, and sheep manure into organic fertilizer? What fertilizer manufacturing equipment is needed for the small-scale cow manure organic fertilizer production line? In the fertilizer production line, the following step is indispensable.
Step 1 Fermentation
Collect cow dung and cow urine, mix it with hay and decaying silage to control the moisture of organic fertilizer raw materials to make compost and let it ferment. In the fermentation process, the dumper is used to fully ferment the cow dung, which can only be achieved by timely and even dumping. Now some places are very dry and some places are very wet, which will affect the quality of fermentation.
Step 2: Ingredients crushed and mixed
Use the batching bin to pass the composted and fermented materials through the organic fertilizer grinder and horizontal mixer for crushing, proportioning and mixing.
Step 3: Granulation
The material is granulated by using a drum granulation.
Step 4: Screening and recycling system
The granules output from the granulation molding system have different particle sizes and need to be sieved and classified. The selected rotary screening machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen change, and is equipped with a screen surface cleaning device.
It is recommended to equip an automatic return system to screen out unqualified large and small particles, convey them through a belt elevator, and send them to the pelletizer to continue pelleting after being crushed again, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.
Step 5: Drying
Using an organic fertilizer dryer to further remove moisture from the sieved particles to meet the standard requirements of organic fertilizer moisture content.
Step 6: Cooling
Use a cooler to cool the granular materials, which helps the storage and quality of the granules.
Step 7: Packaging
The cooled granular materials are transported into the finished product warehouse through the bucket elevator. Granular materials can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packing scale.
