In the process of daily use of the disc fertilizer granulator, the rotation of the disc should be checked frequently. According to the situation of the organic fertilizer production line or the compound fertilizer production line, the rotation speed of the disc should be controlled within a reasonable range, so as to avoid the impact of the disc rotation speed on the particle size of the product.
1. Before starting the disc granulator, first raise the temperature for about forty to fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor V-belt by hand until it is free; pull the motor V-belt eight to ten times continuously according to the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about 10 minutes, and then start the machine, but continue to heat up, because normal production needs to continue to add heat; adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastic.
2. When the granulator is in normal operation, the temperature of the granulator shall be kept stable, not high or low. Keep the temperature near the blowhole until the temperature at the head is about 200 ℃.
3. Feed evenly and add enough. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the machine should match appropriately. Otherwise, the quality and output of particles will be affected.
4. When the machine is shut down, the main engine should be cut off completely. The head plug (with wrench) must be removed. Preheat separately before next use.
In addition, special attention should be paid to the inspection of the transmission parts of the disc granulator, i.e. the transmission gear. The rotation of the transmission gear is completed with the help of lubricating oil. Therefore, during the operation of the gear, it is necessary to regularly check its lubrication, properly add lubricating oil and grease to the gear to ensure the good lubrication of the gear, so as to make the operation of the granulator More stable and reliable.
