Ingredients: First, different nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium raw materials and other required raw materials according to the formula requirements in the mixing station to complete the ratio.

Pelletizing: The mixture is fed into a fertilizer granulator machine with the addition of water and formed into pellets by physical extrusion or agglomeration. Commonly used fertilizer granulation equipment is drum granulation machine and disk granulation machine.
Drying: Wet particles are dried through a fertilizer dryer to remove excess water.
Cooling: The dried particles need to be cooled to reduce the temperature and prevent the adhesion of the particles caused by high temperature.
Screening: The cooled particles are sifted to separate qualified particles and unqualified powders or large particles.
Coating: The qualified granular finished product is added with conditioner, etc., or changed color.
Packaging: Qualified pellets are packaged for sale or use.
