Biofertilizer production equipment and organic fertilizer equipment are basically the same, sludge and other fertilizers can be made into biofertilizer containing beneficial bacteria. In the fertilizer manufacturing process, the dewatered sludge is first aired to about 45% moisture, and then a strip pile with a width of 1.5 meters and a height of 1 meter is made. The sludge is stacked for 7-15 days to make it fully fermented. After this process, the sludge will undergo the following changes: firstly, some pathogens, parasite eggs and grass seeds will be killed; secondly, some macromolecular organic matter will be decomposed, and the decomposed products will be more conducive to plant absorption and utilization; thirdly, the sludge viscosity will be reduced to solve the problem that the hardness of sludge after fertilization is larger, which is not conducive to decomposition and plant absorption. Fourthly, after the process, sludge moisture will generally be reduced to about 25%, which can greatly reduce the cost of sludge drying, in order to facilitate competition with other organic fertilizers. The fermented compost can be prepared by feeding it into the biofertilizer production line.
1. Biofertilizer production equipment should be installed on the basis of horizontal concrete and fixed with foot bolts.
2. When installing, attention should be paid to the vertical relationship between the main body of the equipment and the horizontal line.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose or not and whether the main engine warehouse door is tightened. If so, tighten it.
4.The power supply and control switch are arranged according to the power of the bio-fertilizer production equipment.
5. After the inspection is completed, the empty load test of the biological fertilizer production line will be carried out, and the test can be carried out normally.
