Installation precautions of double roller granulator
The double roller extrusion granulator is suitable for a variety of fertilizer formulations without drying. The product is rolled and formed at one time, so that the product quality can meet the technical requirements of compound fertilizer. Roller granulator, rotary drum granulator, disc granulator, etc. are all special compound fertilizers used for the production of various crops and updated products for energy saving and consumption reduction in the compound fertilizer industry.
The roller granulator is the key and important equipment of compound fertilizer granulation, which has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable design, compact structure, novel and practical. The granulator has low energy consumption and is matched with the corresponding equipment to form a small organic fertilizer production line, which can form a certain capacity of continuous and mechanized production.
The fixed roller is directly supported on the press frame, while the so-called floating roller is supported in the frame by hydropneumatic springs. The movement of the floating roller constitutes the basic principle of the roller press. The degree of roller movement (roller gap) is a function of the pressure generated by the hydraulic system relative to the reaction force exerted by the processed material and the preset "zero position" of the roller gap. According to the requirements of the specific process, the gap itself is controlled by the hydraulic supply unit. This design feature ensures that all feed materials pass through the nip under the same process conditions, thereby ensuring that the output quality of the product remains unchanged.
1. Installation: after the double roller extrusion granulator arrives at the plant, the granulator is taken as the main machine, which is determined according to the number of units, and is installed in coordination with the granulation production process flow chart to find out the elevation and horizontal placement. The frame of the machine has corner holes, which can be installed on the concrete (the vibration fixing momentum is not large, so it is not necessary to have a very solid concrete foundation).
2. Debugging: the machine has been started and debugged before leaving the factory, and it can be put into production only after simple debugging.
