1. Determine your annual production scale.
Only after the annual production scale is determined, can we buy the models that are suitable for ourselves. Now the general manufacturers are divided into various models suitable for the annual output of 10,000 to 100,000 tons. If their own factory produces 10,000 tons per year, they will buy more than 100,000 tons per year. The machine is bit overkill. Similarly, if the factory produces 100,000 tons a year, it will not work to buy a machine with an annual output of 10,000 tons. 2. Determine the particle shape according to the market.
The shape of organic fertilizer particles is generally powder, column, oblate or round. Different granulation machines are used for different shapes. Commonly used granulating machines include: disc granulator,
drum granulation machine, roller extrusion granulator, flat die granulator, ring die granulator, etc.
3. Determine the device configuration.
The level of equipment configuration is different, the price is definitely different, and the amount of labor is different.
4. Types of organic fertilizer.
There are 4 types of general organic fertilizers: pure organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, compound microbial fertilizer. The types of production are different, and the equipment used is also different.
5. The choice of fermentation turning and polishing machine.
The general fermentation forms include stack fermentation, shallow fermentation, tower fermentation, and rotary drum fermentation. The fermentation methods are different and the equipment used is different.
6. Determine the types of main organic raw materials.
Common organic raw materials include chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, straw, medicine residue, furfural residue, humic acid, pond mud, domestic sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants, etc. Different raw materials,
equipments required for biofertilizer production is also slightly different.
