In order to give full play to the performance of the screening machine in the organic fertilizer production line, we should ensure the correct installation of the screening machine from the installation process to avoid affecting the use of the organic fertilizer production line after operation.
The organic fertilizer production line is equipped with the support or hanging device of the screening machine. When installing, first leveling the foundation, then installing the components in sequence according to the component diagram of the supporting or hanging device and the installation diagram of the screening machine.
The screen should be tensioned evenly to prevent local vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part of the screen, rotate the transmission part by hand, and observe whether the rotation is flexible and normal. Check whether there is collision in the material trough and funnel of the screening machine. Finally, check whether the connection of the motor and the control box is correct. After the screening machine is installed, the empty test run should be carried out, the installation quality should be checked and necessary adjustments should be made, and the load test run should be carried out after the empty test run. During the trial run, check the operation of the transmission part, the tightness of fasteners and the screening effect of the organic fertilizer production line.
