2. Neutralize moisture

The water content of livestock and poultry manure is too high. It is difficult to evaporate the water in a short time without adding auxiliary materials. It is necessary to add dry matter to adjust the water content. Straw is relatively dry and has strong water absorption, which is very suitable as an auxiliary material to neutralize moisture. Then turn the fermentation pile through the compost turning machine, so that the fermentation time period will be greatly shortened and the working time efficiency will be improved.

3. Increase the stacking gap

In order to save space, the height of the compost is generally more than 1 meter, or even as high as 2 meters. The high proportion of poultry manure can easily form an ozone environment. The pulverized straw has a large porosity, which can increase the external air to enter the interior of the stockpile and reduce the anaerobic reaction to produce stench. In addition, it is also necessary to use a compost turning machine to turn and throw regularly to increase the oxygen content of the material pile, so that the beneficial microorganisms can speed up the reproduction speed and improve the fermentation efficiency.
