1. The moisture content of the material is high: During the working process of the half-wet material crusher, if the material with high water content enters the crushing chamber, the material containing moisture will stick to each other after being crushed into small pieces, and will be blocked in the crushing chamber. Between the screen holes of the sieve plate in the cavity, the phenomenon of material blocking is caused.
2. Too much material: Too much material delivered to the inner cavity of the equipment is very easy to cause high-load work of the crusher. A large amount of material is torn and squeezed together by the cutter head. In this case, it is easy to block into a mass in the crushing cavity, and the phenomenon of material blocking occurs.
3. Do not understand the main parameters of the semi-wet material grinder: Before using it, the parameters of the half-wet material crusher, especially the requirements for the nature of the material, have not been clarified. The material does not meet the production process requirements of the semi-wet material crusher. After entering the crushing chamber, the ideal crushing effect cannot be achieved, which reduces the production efficiency and causes the phenomenon of material blocking.
4. The operators are not trained: the operators of the half-wet material crusher have no training, and they know too little about the relevant knowledge of the equipment and the precautions for operation. In order to speed up the work progress, they will increase the amount of feed, exceeding half The normal production capacity of the wet material crusher causes the phenomenon of material blocking.
5. Improper discharge adjustment: The occurrence of material blocking may also be due to the excessive discharge pressure, the air inlet door at the lower part of the crushing chamber is not opened, and the crushed materials cannot be discharged in time, and a large amount of them accumulate in the crushing chamber, resulting in material blockage.
