organic fertilizer granulation process in a farm mainly includes the following steps:
Fermentation and composting: livestock and poultry manure or organic waste is centrally processed, and the odor is removed through the fermentation process, and the crude fiber is decomposed for subsequent granulation production. In this process, plant stems and leaves such as straw, plant leaves, and weed powder may be added in proportion, and fermentation bacteria may be added.
Mixing: The materials after fermentation and composting are sent to the mixing and stirring system. According to the formula, N, P, K and some other trace elements are added to the mixing and stirring system for full mixing.
Granulation: The mixed materials enter the granulation system. The
organic fertilizer granulation process can be completed by a disc granulator or a new type of extrusion granulator. These devices use rotation and spray or mechanical stirring force and air power to make the materials evenly bond together to form granules.
Drying and cooling: If it is an organic fertilizer granule, it may not need to be dried, but directly enter the cooling system for cooling. If it is a powdery material, it needs to be dried first with a dryer and then cooled.
Screening: The cooled material is separated and graded by a screening machine to ensure that the diameter of the particles meets the requirements. Particles that do not meet the requirements will be crushed by a pulverizer and returned to the granulation system.
Packaging: The organic fertilizer particles after screening and grading are coated by a coating machine, and finally quantitatively weighed and packaged using an automatic packaging scale.
