Trough-type compost turners includes a walking fermentation tank body, a walking track, a power supply device, a compost turning part, and a trough transfer device (also called a transfer vehicle, mainly used in multi-tank situations). The compost turning part adopts advanced roller transmission, and there are two types: liftable and non-liftable.
Rotary compost turners are suitable for fermentation and composting of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory filter mud, dregs cakes and straw sawdust with large spans and depths. They are widely used in fermentation, composting and moisture removal operations in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge garbage plants, gardening fields, and Agaricus bisporus cultivation plants. Compared with traditional compost turning equipment, its advantages are:
(1) High turning depth: its turning depth can reach 1.5-3 meters;
(2) Large turning span: its maximum turning width can reach 30 meters;
(3) Low turning energy consumption: it adopts a unique energy-saving and efficient transmission mechanism, which reduces energy consumption by 70% compared with traditional compost turning equipment under the same workload;
(4) No dead angle in turning: the wheel turns symmetrically, and there is no dead angle in turning under the displacement of the speed-adjusting shifting trolley;
(5) High degree of automation: equipped with a fully automated electrical control system, no human operation is required during the operation of the equipment.
