3. Crushing and screening equipment.Crusher: After fermentation, the material needs to be further crushed to achieve the required particle size. The crusher used at this time may be different from the crusher used in the raw material processing stage, depending on the particle size requirements of the product.
Drum screener or vibrating screener: used to screen the crushed fertilizer according to the characteristics of particle size, density, etc. to obtain products that meet the standards.
4. Forming and granulation equipment.Agitator granulator: Granulate the screened material to form granular organic fertilizer. Agitator granulator is one of the commonly used granulation equipment, with the advantages of good granulation effect and high output.
Disc granulator: Another common granulation equipment, suitable for different types of organic fertilizer production.
5. Drying and cooling equipment.Drum dryer: used to dry the wet fertilizer after granulation to reduce its moisture content for easy storage and transportation.
Cooler: The temperature of the fertilizer after drying is high, and it needs to be cooled by a cooler to prevent the fertilizer from caking or deterioration.
6. Packaging and conveying equipment.Automatic packaging machine: quantitatively package the cooled fertilizer for easy sales and storage. Automatic packaging machines can improve packaging efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Belt conveyor: It runs through the entire
organic fertilizer production line and is used to transport materials from one device to another to achieve continuous production.
