Pig farms and cattle farms produce a lot of manure every day, and vegetable bases also have a lot of plant residues every day. These organic wastes can be processed into commercial fertilizers through the organic fertilizer production line. Generally speaking, animal manure and plant residues cannot be directly crushed and granulated, but need to be fermented first. Generally speaking, many factories adopt the method of compost fermentation, and compost turning is required in this process. Modern fertilizer plants use compost turners to replace manual compost turning, which improves work efficiency. Among them,
trough compost turners are particularly common.
The
trough compost turner needs to move along the driving track built in advance during work. The equipment consists of main components such as transmission device, lifting device, walking device, compost turning device, displacement vehicle, etc.
Working principle: The motor directly transmits power to the cycloidal pinwheel reducer through the sprocket to the compost turning drum. The stirring blades on the drum are spirally distributed, which can turn the material in the fermentation tank over and stir it to a position 0.7-1m away, so as to achieve the effect of fast compost turning speed and uniform stirring, so as to achieve full contact between the material and the air, so that the fermentation effect of the material is better.
Scope of use:
Trough compost turning machines are generally used in large-scale organic fertilizer production plants with limited production sites. This compact site planning design not only saves organic fertilizer raw material fermentation space, but also facilitates turnover and continuous production with subsequent granulation production lines.
