At present, all kinds of commercial bio fertilizers have a lot of structure and components. How to make them harmless in processing is a technical problem. Using fertilizer production machine to improve the traditional biological fertilizer process, especially livestock manure processing has made great progress.
Biological fertilizer is mainly composed of livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant residues, urban domestic waste and other organic rich solid wastes, and a certain amount of other auxiliary materials (such as wind blown coal, peat, Chinese medicine residue, dregs, fungus residue, etc.) and fermentation bacteria agent, which are processed and granulated by disc granulator machine in factory mode, and finally made into fertilizer. According to the difference of processed components, there are three types of commercial bio organic fertilizers at present
(1) Bio organic fertilizer produced by intensive livestock and poultry manure processing;
(2) Bio organic fertilizer made from urban and rural domestic waste as the main component;
(3) Bio organic fertilizer made from ecological safe organic materials without any chemical synthetic substances.
The overall production and processing process of various commercial biological fertilizers mainly includes crushing, stirring, fermentation, deodorization, dehydration, crushing, granulation and drying, and the whole process takes about 1 month to complete. At present, the amount of organic substances (manure, straw, green manure, cake fertilizer) from crops is about hundreds of millions of tons. Among them, straw accounts for part of the resource, and manure and urine account for most of the resource. From the perspective of the total amount of bio-fertilizer resources, livestock manure and crop straw are the most important bio-fertilizer resources.
