1. Mixing function in raw material conditioning. In order to adjust the ratio of carbon to nitrogen, pH and water content of raw materials, some auxiliary materials must be added to the organic fertilizer turner. The main raw materials and various auxiliary materials roughly piled together according to the proportion can be mixed evenly by the compost turning machine to achieve the purpose of tempering.
2. Adjust the temperature of raw material pile. In the operation of the windrow turner machine, the raw material pellets are fully contacted and mixed with the air, and a large amount of fresh air can be contained in the material dump, which is conducive to the active production of fermentation heat by aerobic microorganisms, and the temperature of the pile increases; when the temperature is high, the supplement of fresh air can reduce the temperature of the pile. A state of alternating medium temperature, high temperature, medium temperature and high temperature is formed, and various beneficial microorganisms grow and propagate in the suitable temperature range.
3. Improve the permeability of raw material pile. The turnover system can process the material into small lumps, making the thick and dense material pile become fluffy and elastic, forming appropriate porosity.
4. Adjust the water content of the raw material pile. The water content of raw material fermentation was 55%, and that of finished organic fertilizer was 20%. During the fermentation, the biochemical reaction of the windrow turner will generate new water, and the consumption of microorganism to the material will also make the water lose the carrier and free out. Therefore, with the process of fertilizer production, the water content is reduced in time. In addition to the evaporation formed by heat conduction, the forced water vapor emission will be formed when the compost turner machine flips the raw material.
5. Realize the special requirements of composting process. For example, the crushing of raw materials, giving a certain shape to the raw material pile or realizing the quantitative displacement of raw materials, etc. The raw materials meet the production process standard, which is convenient for further processing of organic fertilizer granulator.
