Processing details of fertilizer production line
1. In the early stage of organic fertilizer production line, compost fermentation is the main process. In addition to the main raw material animal manure, organic materials such as straw powder, mushroom residue, peanut shell powder, rice husk, sawdust and other organic materials should be added to the materials to adjust the aeration. If rice husk and sawdust are added, the fermentation time should be prolonged because of its high cellulose lignin.
2. PH can also affect the efficiency of organic fertilizer fermentation. The pH of organic fertilizer fermentation is neutral or weak alkaline. We can use quicklime to adjust the pH of fermentation products to control the fermentation of compost.
3. Generally, after 72 hours of composting, the temperature will rise to 50-60 ℃, and the fourth day can reach above 65 ℃. Under this high temperature, it is suggested to start loosening treatment and use compost tipper to treat materials. In general, there will be 2-3 times of high temperature above 65 ℃ in the fermentation process, and the fermentation can be completed after 2-3 times of overturning, so that the materials can be completely deodorized, fermented and decomposed, sterilized and killed insects.
