Since NPK fertilizer has strict requirements on the ratio of nutrients, it is necessary to accurately measure the ratio of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) and other raw materials before feeding, and the common N:P:K ratio is 15:15:15 or customized according to the needs of crops. Then, the mixed powder raw materials are continuously added to the disk granulator according to quantitative, the disk Angle is adjusted to 30° -45 °, and the material is constantly turned by the copying plate to promote the uniform growth of particles. Continuous monitoring of particle size, timely screening and grading, unqualified material returned to re-granulation, to ensure that the finished particle diameter of 2-4 mm, to meet market standards.
