In September 2025, a delegation of Indonesian customers visited our company headquarters for the first time. Although the visit was brief, the exchange between both parties was efficient and fruitful. The customers were primarily seeking support for organic fertilizer equipment for their planned agricultural project, specifically equipment for manure treatment and organic fertilizer production to be used in conjunction with a pig farm of approximately 1,000 pigs.

Under the guidance of our team, the customers toured the organic fertilizer production equipment display area, focusing on understanding the application of equipment such as chain plate compost turners and horizontal mixers in harmless manure treatment and organic fertilizer production. The customers inquired in detail about the equipment's processing capacity, energy consumption, and environmental indicators. Our technical staff, taking into account Indonesian local environmental policies and agricultural production practices, explained how the equipment efficiently converts pig farm manure into high-quality organic fertilizer, achieving resource recycling, solving environmental problems, and providing high-quality fertilizer for agricultural planting. This green solution highly aligns with the customer's project concept.

During the meeting, the customers expressed strong approval of our equipment's process quality and customized service capabilities. Both parties initially exchanged views on equipment selection, production line planning, and subsequent installation and commissioning services. The customers stated that this visit provided them with a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation, and they look forward to further refining the cooperation plan to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Tailored System for Pig Manure Resource Utilization
The proposed solution integrates a complete suite of equipments required for biofertilizer production to create an efficient organic fertilizer manufacturing system. The process begins with the organic fertilizer fermentation process, where pig manure and bedding are efficiently composted using a robust agriculture waste compost fermentation machine, such as a double screws compost turning machine for troughs or a large wheel compost turning machine for open windrows. Following curing, the compost is shaped into a marketable product. Two primary granulation pathways were discussed: an organic fertilizer disc granulation production line using a disc granulator for shaping for premium spherical granules, or a system utilizing a rotary drum granulator for higher-volume production. For facilities considering high-density flakes, a fertilizer compaction machine was also presented. This modular approach within the broader fertilizer production machine technology allows for a system precisely tailored to the farm's scale, product goals, and operational preferences.
