What is the organic fertilizer production process using cow dung as raw material?

After processing, cow dung can be made into organic fertilizer. So, what is the organic fertilizer production process using cow dung as raw material?
1. Prepare materials and add bacteria: prepare the dung to be fermented, preferably fresh cow dung (fresh dung has better fermentation effect than old dung), such as: about 1 ton of fresh cow dung plus 0.25 kg of cow dung fermentation agent. First, mix the cow dung fermentation agent with rice bran (or corn flour, wheat bran) in a ratio of 1:5-10 for later use.
2. Build a pile of cow dung: Sprinkle the prepared cow dung with bacteria while building the pile. The height and volume of the pile should not be too short or too small. The requirements are: the pile height is 1.5-2 meters, the width is 2 meters, and the length is unlimited.
3. Adjust the moisture. The moisture content of fermented cow dung should be controlled at 40-65%. Moisture judgment: Grasp a handful of cow dung with your hand, and water marks can be seen between your fingers but no water drips, and it is better to fall apart when it falls to the ground.

4. Start temperature. The starting temperature should be above 15℃ (it can be operated in all seasons and is not affected by the season. In winter, try to ferment indoors or in a greenhouse), and the fermentation temperature should be controlled below 70-75℃. This is also an important part of the organic fertilizer production process.
5. Mix well and ventilate. During the operation, the oxygen supply measures should be increased to ensure mixing, frequent turning and ventilation. Otherwise, anaerobic fermentation will produce odor, affecting the fertilizer effect.
6. Fermentation is completed. Generally, after 48 hours of accumulation of cow dung, the temperature rises to 50-60℃, and it can reach above 65℃ on the third day. It should be turned over once at this high temperature. Under normal circumstances, there will be two high temperatures above 65℃ during the fermentation process. Fermentation can be completed by turning over twice, and fermentation can be completed within a week. The material is dark brown and the temperature begins to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation is complete.
The above is a brief introduction to the organic fertilizer production process using cow dung as raw material. It should be noted that when using cow dung organic fertilizer, it should be applied in moderation to avoid excessive root burning or other adverse effects. At the same time, the quality and hygiene of fertilizers should be ensured, and contaminated fertilizers should be avoided. In addition, according to different plants and soil conditions, the appropriate time and method of fertilization can be selected to achieve the best effect.
