With increasingly stringent environmental regulations in Malaysia, compliant treatment and resource recycling of livestock manure have become essential for local agricultural and livestock enterprises. Traditional powdered chicken manure organic fertilizer has low added value, suffers significant transportation losses, and is prone to mold growth during storage, making it difficult to meet the demands of the high-end planting market. To address this, local enterprises introduced our flat die granulation organic fertilizer production line, which was fully installed and commissioned on September 16, 2025, and officially put into commercial granulated organic fertilizer production.
Flat die extrusion granulation is the preferred solution for processing chicken manure organic fertilizer. Compared to disc granulation and roller granulation, this equipment is more adaptable to pure organic materials. Targeting the characteristics of chicken manure—light texture, fine fibers, and high bulkiness—it achieves excellent extrusion molding results, producing compact, non-breakable, and durable granules that are resistant to storage and transportation. The entire production line is highly automated, integrating material mixing, extrusion granulation, cooling and screening to finished product packaging, significantly reducing labor costs and ensuring stable and efficient production.
The equipment boasts a simple and robust structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and a low failure rate, making it highly suitable for the production conditions of overseas clients. The produced chicken manure organic granular fertilizer is nutrient-balanced and high in organic matter, effectively improving compacted soil in Malaysian orchards and plantations, enhancing soil aeration and fertility, and promoting increased crop yield and quality.
The successful implementation of this project has completely solved the local problem of chicken manure pollution treatment, turning livestock waste into a valuable resource. It has helped enterprises successfully transform into high-end commercial organic fertilizer producers, significantly enhancing product market competitiveness and profit margins, and providing a mature and reliable equipment solution for the resource-based recycling of livestock and poultry manure in Malaysia.
