In the final step of the entire NPK fertilizer production line, the shaped pellets enter the packaging stage. When the packaging scale enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding, and the feeding device is a fast, medium and slow three-level feeding mode. When the material weight reaches the fast feeding setting value, stop the fast feeding and enter the slow feeding; when the material weight reaches the final setting value, close the feeding door and complete the dynamic weighing process. At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in the predetermined state. When the packaging bag is clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the unloading door of the weighing bucket, and the material enters the packaging bag. After the material is discharged, the unloading door of the weighing bucket will be closed automatically. After unloading the empty materials, the equipment releases the bag clamping device, and the packaging bag falls automatically. Then, the package is finished by sewing and wrapping.
