Before using the
organic fertilizer production line, the ingredients should be prepared first and then the materials should be fully stirred.After the mixing is completed, granulation, drying and cooling will begin, and then the finished product will be sieved and packaged. Before starting, the organic fertilizer production equipment must be preheated. Then adjust the appropriate temperature. After the equipment enters the normal operating state, the temperature should be in the appropriate position, and the power should be turned off in time after use.
1. The first component of the raw material: fresh chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, duck manure and other livestock and poultry manure as raw materials, add a certain amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other substances.
2. Raw materials for mixed fertilizer equipment: evenly mix the prepared raw materials to improve the uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the overall fertilizer particles.
3. Granulation of raw materials for organic fertilizer equipment: send the mixed raw materials to the granulator of the organic fertilizer equipment for granulation (new organic fertilizer granulation can be used, or extrusion granulation can be used).
4. Then dry the granules: send the granules made by the granulator to the dryer of the
organic fertilizer equipment to dry the moisture contained in the granules to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate storage.
5. Cooling of dried granules: the temperature of the dried fertilizer granules is too high and they are easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is convenient to bag and store.
6. Separate the granules through the organic fertilizer screening machine: after cooling the granules, crush the unqualified granules and re-granulate them, and then screen out qualified products.
7. Make high-quality fertilizers and then coat the finished products: coat the qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the granules.
8. After the automatic packaging machine of the
organic fertilizer equipment passes: package the coated granules, i.e. the finished products, and store them in a ventilated place.
