Weinan, Shaanxi Province, is densely populated with fruit and vegetable planting and livestock breeding industries, possessing abundant organic raw materials such as cow manure, sheep manure, and straw. Previously, ordinary granulation equipment resulted in loose granules, poor forming, excessive powder, and unappealing finished products, severely impacting the market sales of commercial organic fertilizer. On April 7, 2025, a local organic fertilizer processing plant completed the installation and commissioning of our flat die granulator and rounding machine, officially commencing mass production and comprehensively upgrading the quality of finished granulated organic fertilizer.

The flat die pelleting equipment put into operation this time breaks through the limitations of traditional granulation. Targeting the high fiber content and loose texture of fermented organic materials, it employs a mechanical extrusion molding process, eliminating the need for additional binders. After high-pressure extrusion molding, the material is quickly ground and trimmed through an integrated rounding structure, resulting in round, full granules with high hardness and resistance to breakage. This effectively reduces the proportion of powder and significantly improves the finished product forming rate. The equipment is highly adaptable to various raw materials, stably processing complex organic materials such as well-rotted livestock and poultry manure, straw, and mushroom residue, without material selection issues or machine blockages.
The entire set of equipment features a robust structure, wear resistance, durability, low energy consumption, and strong continuous operation capability, making it ideal for large-scale production in small and medium-sized organic fertilizer plants. Our technicians completed on-site equipment alignment, installation, parameter debugging, and trial production, precisely adjusting the mold speed and pressure based on local raw material moisture content and fiber ratio to ensure the equipment met production standards on the first attempt.

After commissioning, the production line produces uniform, high-quality granules. The finished product is durable, resistant to mortaring, and fully meets market standards for commercial organic fertilizer, helping customers enhance their product's market competitiveness and achieve stable, high-yield, and high-quality production goals.
