The Ipoh region of Malaysia has a large number of small-scale livestock farmers and small plantations. On April 11, 2025, our company successfully completed on-site installation, trial operation, and commissioning of a customized 1-2 ton/hour small-scale organic fertilizer powder production line for a local client. The entire set of equipment has a small footprint and streamlined configuration, perfectly adapting to the lightweight production needs of small and micro enterprises and family farms.
This production line features a simplified configuration for standard powdered organic fertilizer. The complete unit includes: a small semi-wet material crusher, a horizontal mixer, screening equipment, a discharge conveying system, and a centralized electrical control cabinet. Optimized for the high-humidity manure conditions of Southeast Asia, this equipment can directly process fermented chicken manure, cow manure, palm residue, and other raw materials. The feed moisture content is suitable for 30%-45%, and the grinding fineness can be adjusted to 20-60 mesh. The finished powder is fine and uniform, free of lumps and large particles. The production line has a stable capacity of 1-2 tons/hour, with a daily output of 8-12 tons of powdered organic fertilizer per shift, fully meeting the needs of local retail and planting bases.
On-site installation is simple and convenient, requiring no complex civil engineering foundations. The entire machine is modularly assembled. Our technicians will complete equipment alignment, circuit debugging, and trial production with materials on-site, while simultaneously training customer employees on fineness adjustment, equipment cleaning, and routine maintenance. The equipment operates with low noise, low energy consumption, and a low failure rate, making it suitable for the long-term high-temperature and high-humidity operating environment of Southeast Asia.
After this small-scale powder production line is put into operation, customers can achieve on-site resource utilization of livestock waste. The high-quality powdered organic fertilizer produced is widely used in fruit and vegetable, oil palm, and flower cultivation.
